Provide superior customer service at all times via phone.
Communicate with customers in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner. Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within and outside the organization. Provide feedback to management on any issues that affect customers. Resolve customer issues and complete specific customer requests. Customer service experience in an inbound /outbound customer service environment preferred but not required. Ability to integrate with an existing team and thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines. Strong oral/written communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office. Must be reliable to fulfill shift.
