EDUCATION: Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering from reputed institute. JOB DESCRIPTION: Handle day to day service requests related to user management of all deployed Network Entities. Scripting in shell for user management. Troubleshooting of reported user issues. Carry out the follow up for the on-going projects and actively participate in the projects Manage periodic system backups. Give logical access to users on network entities Keeping MOPs up to date. Essential Skills Knowledge of Windows, Solaris, UNIX/LINUX Proficient in operating MS Office Suite Desirable Skills Should be able to analyze and think strategically & have strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Web development tools, scripting, monitoring and reporting tools. Have excellent English, Computer and Technical skills.
